Everything you need to know before and during your stay

To make sure your stay goes smoothly, here are the essentials. On arrival, a complete welcome folder (in French, Dutch, English and German) awaits you in each accommodation.

Arrival & access

  • The key (Pegasus I) or the entrance code (Pegasus II) is given to you on arrival.
  • For Pegasus I, a €100 deposit is requested on arrival; it is refunded on departure if no damage is found.
  • Free parking: 4 spaces in front of the property for Pegasus I and 2 spaces for Pegasus II.

In your accommodation

  • Free WiFi — the login details are given to you on site.
  • Beds made up on arrival; towels, soap and shampoo included.
  • The entire property is non-smoking.
  • Pegasus I has a washing machine and a drying rack.
  • Please take care of the parquet floors: be careful with water and other liquids.

The sauna

  • Pegasus I: wood-fired outdoor sauna under the covered terrace. Allow around 30 minutes to heat up. The first two sessions are free; after that, a flat fee of €5 per session is charged (wood for the stove).
  • Pegasus II: traditional private sauna with lava stones, around 35 minutes of preparation. Extra towels are at your disposal.
  • For your comfort and safety, follow the displayed instructions: sessions of 15 minutes maximum, never touch the stove.

Breakfast & meals

  • Pegasus II: breakfast as an option, served between 8:00 and 10:00 am — to be requested when booking.
  • Pegasus I has a fully fitted kitchen; Pegasus II a kitchenette with microwave and dishwasher.
  • Two automatic meal dispensers nearby (Hébronval and Baraque de Fraiture), and many small restaurants in the area — be sure to book well in advance.

Outdoors & animals

  • Pegasus I: two terraces and two barbecues at your disposal (no barbecue under the covered terrace of the sauna).
  • You are welcome to go and see the horses in the meadow behind the house — they are very affectionate. A few precautions: never stand behind a horse and, above all, do not feed them without letting us know.

Electric car

  • Charging point (55 kW) near the village church, 200 m away.
  • Fastned and Ionity fast chargers (250 kW) at the Baraque de Fraiture, 5 minutes away.

Good to know

  • Waste is sorted in Wallonia — suitable bins are at your disposal. Please follow this rule carefully and do not mix up the different bins.
  • The property uses a septic tank: please flush nothing but toilet paper down the toilets.
  • Before you leave: strip the beds, check that nothing has been left behind and let us know about any issues.
